6 Ingredient Energy Bites

You guys, I had no idea y’all would be so interested in this recipe! I’ve been making them since Cora was a few months old as a snack to have when I’m pumping at work and also as a healthy alternative for something filling to grab quick when I need a boost instead of granola bars.


6 Ingredient Energy Bites


2 cups rolled oats
1 cup ground flaxseeds
2 cups coconut, shredded
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey

Optional:
1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips // I either like to top each one with just a single chocolate chip or you could skip them all together

Combine oats, flaxseed, and coconut in a mixing bowl and then mix in the peanut butter and honey.
Refridgerate this mixture for one hour.
Remove and roll into ping pong sized balls.
Place in airtight container and store in refrigerator.

Easy peasy to make up during nap time for you mama's out there!
